DEPOSIT

PLEASE NOTE A $125 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING YOUR CONSULTATION, PROCEDURE OR TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENT for Occoquan, Virginia.

Appointment  Deposit & Consultation Reservation Policy:

  • A $125 (Boutique Location) per procedure or $125 (On Location) deposit is required to reserve and secure your consultation appointment. This deposit  will be credited towards the balance of your final procedure.  
  • Full balance is due upon of completion of services the day of your scheduled procedure via Cash or Credit card.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and Cash is accepted..
  • Should you book directly online, Christina will contact you prior to the date to discuss your procedures and whether you are a candidate for each one.  An ideal candidate may vary depending on the procedure desired, the client's Health History, prior Permanent Makeup work done (if any) and client's desired outcome.   If client is unable to qualify for the procedure(s) deposit will promptly be refunded.
  •  All Permanent Makeup clients are required by law to fill out a Health History record, a consent form and to show a valid State Driver's License or State ID prior to procedure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum 72 hour notice is mandatory for any cancellations or deposit becomes non-refundable.  Any additional consultation or appointment date will require a non-refundable deposit of same amount.

NO SHOW POLICY:


A client who does not show for their scheduled consultation or appointment forfeits their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full at time of rescheduling  appointment.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid schedule delays for other clients. Should you arrive 15 minutes or more late it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.  An additional rescheduling fee of $25 will be required.


CONSULTATION FEES & FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS:

  • Most Procedures will require one or more follow-up appointments to achieve the desired results.  This is normal.  Final results are not to be judged until 6-8 weeks until after your original procedure.  Touch-up and Color Refresh appointments when completed after 12 months post original procedure are half price.  Any additional work needed within 24 months or forward is considered a new procedure and will be charged at full price.
  • The client is allowed ONE follow-up session per procedure which is included in the initial fee - valid up to 4 months after initial procedure. Any additional follow-up appointments will incur at minimum $125 or more anytime after the 4 month period depending on date of original procedure.

PLEASE NOTE... YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT: 

  • CLIENTS ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE to schedule their Perfecting Session or follow-up appointments by contacting Christina directly no later than 4-6 weeks following their previous appointment.  Failure to do so may result in additional charges or fees.
  • CLIENTS MUST ADHERE TO AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS!  Failure to do so will run the risk of poor pigment results and retention which the Artist will not be held responsible for.
  • Any remote office procedures located away from Occoquan, VA or Sterling, VA will incur an additional travel fee of $125.
